The following paper will discuss the level of maturity of the supply chain as a main factor that determines supplier relationships in the supply chain. The Ch. C. Piorier categorization was taken into consideration, where the development of supply chains includes 5 stages. Analysis of individual stages of supply chain maturity towards presented classification is a substitute for identifying different models of supplier relationships in the supply chain.
